Position Summary:
Responsible for supervising and training the CRO Call Center Reservations Sales Agent staff to ensure "Four Diamond and More" service is provided to all guests. Responsible for assisting guests in fulfilling their needs and requests with an efficient, courteous and professional level of service. Responsible for maintaining all aspects of group blocks. Acts as the main point of contact for group clients regarding their reservation blocks. Assists the Manager of Reservations Operations with the daily operation of the reservations department.

* Proficient in Call Center Reservations Sales Agent duties.
* Responsible for ensuring that all employees are properly trained on the Loews Star Service standards, job specifics, and hotel policies and procedures.
* Monitors Call Center Reservations Sales Agents on call quality and salesmanship on an on-going basis.
* Respect guidelines of confidentiality and code of ethics in all company areas. Represent Loews Hotels in a professional manner at all times.
* Ensures YouFirst requests/challenges are handled promptly and with genuine friendliness.
* Coaches and counsels all Call Center Reservations Sales Agent as required.
* Must have a thorough and accurate knowledge of all Loews hotel facilities and the hours of operation for all food, beverage and recreation/entertainment operations.
* Maintains a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
* Have knowledge of, understands and adheres to all employee standards.
* Notifies immediate supervisors promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
* Is polite, friendly, and helpful to the guests, management, and fellow employees.
* Maintains cleanliness and excellent conditions of equipment, and work area.
* Complies with safety regulations and procedures.
* Complies with hotel policies and rules.
* Remains current with hotel information and changes.
* Complies with hotel uniform and standards.
* Able to make decisions on imperfect information, agile in multi-tasking, bias toward action, decisive.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of two years reservations management/ supervisory experience
* High school diploma required
* Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills and telephone etiquette skills
* Must be computer-literate in Microsoft applications
* Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills
* Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
