We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in our Dublin, Ohio Call Center.
Medco’s Customer Service Representatives enjoy a detailed paid training program which provides comprehensive tools to actively assist customers by phone. The expectations of this position are to “WOW” our customers with excellent service by handling inquiries and determine the proper course of action to completely satisfy the caller in the initial interaction.
This position would start July 26th, 2010.
After training, the regular schedule will be Monday -Saturday 3:30pm to midnight, with Sunday and one set day off during the week. During Training, hours will be 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (this will last 5-7 weeks). As business needs allow, these positions may, in the future, have potential for earlier hours. Medco also offers the potential to work at home.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of high caliber customer service experience is required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Windows-based environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Stable work history
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required
