POSITION PROFILE
Tu entusiasmo deberÃa ser expresado en todo lo que haces. Los asociados de U.S. Cellular trabajan felices y transmiten esos sentimientos positivos a sus clientes.
This is no ordinary call center. This is a U.S. CellularCustomer Care Center. A place where you get outstanding training, have a 1:12 ratio of coach to associates, work in a culture that encourages career growth, and experience success that is benchmarked by your ability to satisfy your customers.
Here, you'll want to have the basics like a high school diploma. We'll want to know that you've already shined brightly in customer care ? maybe in telecom, hospitality, or banking. We'll also want to know that your bi-lingual skills will serve our Spanish speaking customer base effectively.
Above all, you want to make people happy. Plus, you're looking for a situation where you feel empowered and can "do the right thing" for your customer. Just being there for your customers' changing needs is important, so you need to be open and flexible in scheduling your time around their needs.
