clients an integrated suite of data analytics, direct marketing,
contact management, and fulfillment solutions built on proven methodologies and
extensive insight into customer behaviors.
We seek an experienced call center manager with a minimum of 3 years experience
managing a fast paced call center with a minimum of 170 customer service
representatives. This center primarily has 2 programs; Customer Care and E Chat.
This position oversees the general operation of the center and will work closely
with all levels of the organization to ensure processes and procedures achieve
maximum efficiency and productivity while proactively seeking out and implementing
process improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to intenal operations team.
* Identify areas of process and productivity improvement and implement necessary
changes.
* Manage new construction and remodeling projects.
* Support capital investment activity including due diligence, vendor selection,
negotiation, etc..
* Allocate resources (staffing, equipment, etc.) throughout ACCENT and its
subsidiaries.
* Resolve disputes with suppliers and strategic partners.
* Assure accurate billing and invoicing is completed as needed.
* Oversee office security measures including employee education, system
maintenance, and incident investigation.
* Maintain a positive attitude and support ACCENT's Commitment to Excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree
* Strong general manager experience
* Inbound telecommunications call center experience
* Experience managing to quality metrics
* Experience handling complete P&L responsibility
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* If necessary, willing to relocate to Tell City area within 90 days or less of
offer
