Telesales Representative
Canon Communications LLC, an award-winning publisher of business-to-business trade magazines, Internet sites, and trade shows serving multiple industries, has an exciting career opportunity for a motivated Telessales Representative in our Newtown, PA, office.
We are seeking an Telesales Representative responsible for sales of content and data related products for the pharmaceutical industry, including Med Ad News, R&D Directions, eKnowledgeBase, and Special Reports. This position is for someone who is aggressive, confident and enthusiastic about selling.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a pipeline of potential clients with goal of conversion .
- Understand client objectives and position products to solve these goals
- Manage existing client base through retention campaigns.
Qualifications
- Inside sales experience REQUIRED
- Cold-calling and client-management skills
- Prior database sales experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
This is temporary to full time position. An offer for a full-time, staff position will be considered for the individual whose performance meets requirements.
