We are NEWPRO, One of New England’s most successful Home Improvement Companies, located in Woburn, Massachusetts and we have a clear vision of where we should be and how we can get there. We are searching for that key individual, an experienced Call Center Manager, a motivator and leader, able to influence and coordinate three dynamic facilities and sustain a solid, successful, productive team environment.
Are you the professional that can hire, train, motivate and lead our team of phone agents? You must have a proven track record in the telemarketing industry. This is not an entry level position or a position for a phoneroom agent.
The ideal candidate must be an Experienced Phoneroom Director, an individual with a strong background in Telemarketing and Sales, able to step up and meet the challenges of a very busy and successful collection of Call Centers, and continue to motivate a group of dedicated professionals.
Qualifications:
Prior Phoneroom / Call Center Management Experience is a MUST
Positive, upbeat “can do” attitude
Telemarketing Intelligence
A Strong Managerial Background
Team Player, Collaborative and Motivating
Perfected People Skills
Has the talent to produce successful results
Complete working knowledge of computers.
Complete use of Microsoft Office.
Job location is Woburn, MA
