Hinduja Global Solutions, a global BPO/call center company, is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives for our Warrenville, IL (Chicago) office.

Industries HGS supports: Telecommunication, Pharmaceutics, Healthcare, Insurance, Logistics and Transportation, Technology, Consumer- Products, Packaged Goods, Retail, Media and Entertainment, Automotive, Banking and Financial Services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities within defined verticals
• Develop and nurture new opportunities to hand off to outside sales group to close
• Strategically identify qualified prospects through vertical research target and outreach primarily through extensive phone prospecting, and various marketing campaign follow-up
• Aggressively and systematically move prospects through the sales process from lead nurturing to appointment setting and hand off to outside sales
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce.com including sales activity, contacts, opportunities and appointment setting
• Ramp up quickly on services and industry knowledge
• Provide superior client service and responsiveness
• Represent the company in an exemplary manner in all client and prospect interactions
• Meet and exceed Inside Sales quota and assigned targets
Skills and Attributes:
• 3-4 years quota driven inside sales experience with contact center or sales program
• Proven track record in building a strong pipeline and exceeding quota
• Experience with CRM/Contact Management Systems (Salesforce.com)
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize time effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking and communication skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective phone presence
• High energy, positive attitude and “Make It Happen “philosophy with strong work ethic
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Willing and capable to dial a large volume of outbound calls
