Busy radiology practice seeks a Scheduling Call Center Manager (SCCM) for a
radiology appointment scheduling operation in the RIA Corporate office in Clinton,
Maryland. The SCCM is responsible for supervising 17 employees in a fast-paced
call center. Responsibilities include developing materials, training and
motivating staff to consistently exceed customer expectations. In addition,
the SCCM monitors all processes related to patient scheduling, registration,
collection of records, and medical record handling. The SCCM must maintain and
oversee communication with imaging centers. Qualified applicants should have 5
years healthcare background, 3 years of managerial experience and excellent verbal
and customer service skills. College degree preferred.
