Perform the administrative, facilitative coaching and development duties
necessary to lead and maintain a high performing team that is motivated
to achieve the business goals of the call center and the Company.
Coach and develop customer care representatives to achieve program goals.
Plan for and implement a program of continued development resulting in
enhanced communication and coaching skills for team members and self.
Requirements: Four year degree preferred, customer service leadership
experience in a productivity-based environment coaching and developing
others may be substituted; available to work flexible schedules as needed
Mon - Sat; working knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent time management,
communication, and facilitation skills; flexible, open to change & able to
work in a fast-paced environment; prior call center experience desired.
